It knows it must outrun the slowest gazelle or it will starve to death. It doesn’t matter whether you’re a lion or a gazelle; when the sun comes up, you’d better be running. It means that if you stay in the same place people will pass you and go to higher level then you and if you don’t make effort you will stay at the same place and you will not succeed

What outstanding work do you still have? Graffiti pod cast. In which area do you believe you have made your greatest improvement? My greatest improvement is when I work as a team with my class mates. What are two weaknesses you need to continue to work on? My reading and writing.
